Only doing it because his attorney probably told him to show contrition. His post history is still there for the world to see. He's a vile human being.

For now. Again, he's been doing this for years except this time it got so bad he is forced to apologize. He will be back to shite talking at some point.

I'm probably wrong here but it seems like he's mocking both DanSha and the other guy. Apparently that dude has some coin from some other business venture and will be able to keep it afloat. He knows he's not losing his current customer base b/c they already knew what kind of dude he was.

Now growth of his business is another topic altogether.

Also changed the name of the Facebook page to “Santa’s workshop” and has scrubbed his page to make it seem like it’s not the brewery page.

The Google review was at 1.6 at 6 am or so this morning and now it’s back up to 4.5. How does that work?

Google supports those types of comments are helping the business delete negative reviews

He’s done this in the past and remained open. I’m not sure this really matters.

So, hurting his business won't truly hurt him?

He's come out and full-throatedly said that politically motivated violence is okay, on the table, and should be celebrated.

That assault (the piss) against those who do nothing more than disagree with you, is fine and good.

Sounds like he's set the board and the rules of engagement.

Last time I went to Courtyard it was a ghost town on a Friday night, only 1 person working. And that person seemed stoned and aloof.

It’s probably easy enough for Google to see when a place is going viral and being review bombed. All the ratings from this week were probably wiped.

course it’s stupid, and the guy is vile. But the question was: should his business be investigated because of his comment about pissing in that poster’s beer. And the answer to that is: No, it was obviously just shite talk on social media. You can downvote all you want, but in the adult world, that’s the answer.

Does this apply to a national brand as well?

I used to go in there to order from burger nerds and it was usually empty. Idk how they turn over the beer they make with so little traffic

This guy has been arguing in the reviews with people for years.

He’s a bit unhinged.

If you click newest. A lot of negative reviews are there. So they may just wipe the score from the total but I see a lot of 1 star reviews.

Many are still there but they wiped out like 1500-2k reviews at least. The number was way higher

Why would anyone post that kind of stuff from a business account? Does he/she/it think it will be good marketing? He/she/it has to be an idiot as well as a terrible person.
