that channeled the movie.

A convicted drug dealer, facing more charges, was gunned down in front of the Madison County Courthouse. The victim allegedly shot and killed his mother.

The man reportedly sat on a bench, waited for the victim, shot him and peacefully turned himself in.

Story is still breaking so there's limited info out there. What I just typed came from radio reports

LINK

UPDATE: Mother was just shot over the weekend, not killed.

Shooter identified as 24 year old William Wells with no prior run ins with law enforcement.

UPDATE: Previous images may be a different William Wells from the area. I have removed them.

UPDATE: May be a different person- removing photo until confirmation.

Why was the drug dealer and the mom in close proximity? Perhaps she was buying from him?

Kayce McPherson, a friend of Kendrick Brown, said, "He was a good guy. He loved his son. He didn't mess with nobody." McPherson described Brown as a giving person and said he didn't do anything that would have caused him to be shot to death.

"Regardless of what anybody says about his lifestyle, he was a good man," McPherson said.

From what I'm reading Wells' mother was going to be a witness against Kendrick Brown in an upcoming drug case. She was going to work this weekend and someone shot into her car hitting her in the leg.

Looks like Wells decided to take the law into his own hands. Good for him.
