These POS owners also released the couple's personal info to the public and encouraged the public to harass them.

Is this code for the couples personal info (name, address, etc.) became public after they filed a lawsuit against the baker?

Probably.

Business shouldn’t have a choice in who they serve. See bad govt enforced law as to why business shouldn’t have this choice.

So if a Christian went to a gay artist and asked them to do a painting of gays burning in hell you think the government should force the artist to do the painting?

I really don't understand this.

1. You're a public bakery. Bake the cake. Why ask who or what the cake is for? If someone walks in and places an order, who the frick are they to ask "well, who is it for?" Whether they are gay cake bakers or not. Who the frick cares?

2. They were not asked to perform the lesbian ceremony or "partiicpate" in any way. They were asked to bake flour and water. fricking bake it and keep your religious beliefs out of it. If someone walked in and asked for a Devil cake, then fricking make it.

3. I agree, these lesbos could have walked away, destroyed their business on Yelp or through reviews but didn't. And now its a huge story in the media.

4. I don't care what you worship, who you worship but if you are a public business, you shouldn't be able to discriminate on who you serve because it doesn't fit "your beliefs". Sounds alot like ISIS imposing their shite beliefs on others.

If you're open to the public, then they should do their jobs or risk losing their business, which these idiots did all because of "religious beliefs". You don't think that's a bit ridiculous?
And then, where does it stop. What if I opened a business, and kids came in and wanted my food? I say nope! Don't believe in serving kids. Get out. Or what if a few Asians came in. NOPE! I don't like asians, GET OUT!
It just seems so over the top and ridiculous. Bake the fricking cake and move on.

And if the community thought this was an egregious act, they would boycot and not patronize the store, and he'd go out of business. This is how free enterprise operates. What you want is government control of businesses.

What if someone came in wanting a bdsm wedding cake or a hentai wedding cake or two dogs fricking?

None of that is illegal.

Should the cake maker have to make that cake?

Hmmmm? Should he?

A small business owner should have the right to refuse business, for whatever reason as they see fit.

If I were the only 24 hr tow truck driver in town I should be able to deny you service for whatever I see fit.

Well, let me present a situation to you.

Say you are African American who runs the single 24 hr tow truck company in town and some redneck calls you up and tells you, "Hey you mother-f**ckin' **** n***er, come get tow my car to the shop!"

Do you do it?

people standing firm on their beliefs is ridiculous? Interesting POV.

if i own a business i should be able to choose who i serve or not serve. If that hurts my business then, so be it.

Don't bake the cake. if you lose enough business where you have to close, at least it was YOUR choice.
