You need special bulbs and ballasts if you want good weed, and that shite won't hold a decent plant no matter how hard you try...

I know what you're saying but there are actually growers who start flowering at 12". Of course they are flowering a shite ton of them.
It's a lot of work but I've seen it produce more pounds per light and it wasn't an accident.
