I believe you
there was a tiny school right outside our county with a 5'6/5'7 point guard who could put Spud Webb to shame. Two handed cram into the rim, no problem. Freakish
I think he ended up blowing both knees out
They were too small to have track & field or that kid could have high jumped at least 6'10 and long jumped 25'0
One of those greatest athletes nobody ever heard of
that school was also too small for a football team

I ran cross country, weighed 135 pounds, and did resistance band jump training. I could jump over a four foot fence from a standstill. I could also palm a basketball. One-handed dunks were pretty easy for me at the time.

5'10" white boy, could get rim many moons ago.
Same, best I could ever do was fingertips on the rim.
Park in the neighborhood had 9' goals though and I could dunk those.

Could dunk a volleyball in high school. Only dunk donuts now.

At 5'10" my claim to fame jumping was once being called for goaltending in a game. Could dunk a volleyball but hands not big enough to control and dunk a basketball. Could dribble and shoot with the best though, and won some shooting contests. A couple of times we played pickup games when the 8 foot goals were up and I could do an NBA-worthy dribble-between-the-legs, behind-the-back 360 degree dunk on those.
Trivia: one night before an LSU bb game in the Maravich Center I was shooting with some of the players in the auxiliary gym. There had been a track meet earlier that day and a guy from Fairleigh-Dickinson's team was with us. He was 5'8" and dunked two basketballs at the same time. A year later he set the world record in the high jump at 7'7 1/4". Franklin Jacobs.
