The hardest part about a diet like that is making the meals. He's got someone doing that for him. I'm lazy enough that if someone was cooking my food and that's all I had then I'd eat it everyday.

How does he eat when they are on the road. Does his chef travel with them?

No doubt. There are plenty of times I don't really feel like eating whatever my wife (no pics) is cooking, but if she cooks I'll eat it. Better than having to make something myself.

It wouldn't surprise me, Brady prob has a team of people that travel with him for away games
nutritionist, hair dresser, gay slave boy, etc

No peppers, tomatoes, or mushrooms? I love these and they are very nutritious, right?

not really. he pretty much just reads defenses and throws. it requires lot of skill, but not that much athleticism. if you've ever seen him try to run, you realize tom brady is nowhere near an elite athlete. dude is slower than christmas.
and baseball players often pitch into their 40's, pretty much the same thing here, except less stress on his arm. so essentially, as long as his body is protected by his line, he should by all means have the arm strength to throw for several more years.

You make it sound so easy

That wouldn't surprise me, or the team nutritionist helps prep his meals for away games. Most teams travel Friday or Saturday for a Sunday game so it's not that tough.

Has he been on this diet for most of his adult life or is it more of a recent change? I recall seeing a pic of him without a shirt a few years ago and I was surprised that he didn't have more muscle definition. He kind of looked like an average guy with a little flab.
I'm guessing that this diet is much better than most Americans but not as good as it could be if he added the things that are lacking.

pretty common, Brady seems pretty cool but a lot of those guys get to be real prima donas, Ripken traveled with an entourage and wouldn't travel or stay a the same hotel with the team, A-Roid was like that too, as were/are many others

Coffee, beer, mac and cheese will always be signature parts of my diet.
So, no, I couldn't do this.

Right? So my choices are a quinoa dish with wilted greens, with garlic toasted in coconut oil or make my own food... pass me the bowl and a fork, my man.

I absolutely would do it. I love eating healthy, but I can't afford most of that shite nor would I have any clue how to prepare it, probably takes 5x as long to prepare than my normal meals.
I already eat pretty healthy so I'm fine, but I'd love to see the results you could get from doing one of these diets for a year or so. I'll never know, but if I could afford the chef and the food I would absolutely eat perfectly.

I'm sure a private chef can make quinoa with wilted greens taste awesome.

They promote inflammation. Should be fine if you don't have arthritis. He probably avoids due to his line of work.

I asked a doctor one time how I should diet... He said, "if you put it in your mouth and it tastes good spit it out because it's not healthy for you". I said, "doc, I gotta die from something. I don't wanna be in the hospital at 90 years old and not die from anything." He handed me my bill and walked out
