One thing that a lot of people don't do that I think is gross for them not to do is floss.
You get food stuck in your teeth and even the smallest pieces can get caught and you can't get it with a tooth brush.. And if you let food of any type linger around for awhile its going to smell bad..

I think during the time the show was on, they were a business. They were a companionship service (they provided companionship to women who wanted it, which was how they made it legal), but yeah.. Like any "reality show", its not real.
With that said, I still think there would be women out there who would pay for a male "companionship", but not enough for multiple men to make a living off of.
