So, as of right now, the average life expectancy for an American is 79 years old. With the advancements in technology and medicine, one could easily believe that the age expectancy will keep going up.

However, I feel like most of you would agree that with the epidemic levels of obesity in this country, that it will actually go down in number. Overall, people don’t take care of themselves on a large scale (smoking, drugs, etc.) and you keep hearing of young people dying, people in their 30’s and 40’s who still have a lot of life left in front of them.

What is your take on this?

Obviously the vaxx has plummeted life expectancy. Probably by 10 years.

It’s already going down. Drug deaths and suicides have reduced it (average) by more than a year, I believe.

Also, as more childless women continue working in the cold climes of corporate halls, their rate of heart disease has doubled.

Whether your life expectancy goes down or not is dependent on your lifestyle. Regular physical activity, healthy food, enough rest, fresh air and sunshine, avoiding drugs and not getting the clot shot will help you live beyond the average life expectancy.

With the fentanyl epidemic, I expect life expectancy to decline. It seems almost everyone has family members who have died from it.

Really though?

I don't know one person from back home, my acquaintances now, my extended family or my wife's family that's even tried fentanyl.

Drug overdoses, suicide and obesity is going to drop life expectancy until things get better.

With medical schools accepting students based on social score and not test scores, definitely will go down.
