Huh?

I simply said there are people who want the death toll to be high. Mr Perfect being one. How’s that emotional and lashing out?

A melt is when someone, hypothetically someone like you, complains about restrictions during a pandemic yet does not abate from repeatedly posting on an internet forum since approximately 8am yesterday to 8pm yesterday with nary enough time in between posts to do anything else but said posting.

What's the story with India? It seems very odd that the most populous country in the world with poor living conditions and located near the outbreak has so few cases.

almost 20 million residents, about 8-9 million of them living close together in the NY metro area. Their first case was March 1. A week ago they had 173 cases. They will hit 1,000 confirmed cases today if they haven't already. He's constantly informing the public of their response.

20% of them showed symptoms.

This is a common misconception. Pretty much all of them showed symptoms. Not all of them showed symptoms at the time of testing. It was a big deal because of asymptomatic spread before you develop symptoms.
