The projections of millions dying is causing panic.

Let’s just get it on paper so people can stop beating around the bush
Who here agrees with the mass cancellations of life , and who here doesn’t
I vote No

What thread are you reading? He absolutely owned that number.
ok then. i just paged backwards.
in any case do you care to opine a number or two?
i realize there are variables beyond our control.
a few countries already have vaccines in phase1 testing.
either one or more are going to work.
or you can bet none save grandma.

I have tried to keep politics out of all of my posts about this but Governor Cuomo just said he needs the government to leave them alone so they can conduct the testing that they have access to. That is what many have been trying to say about healthcare Mr. Cuomo.

Not cause a panic? Have you seen what the frick is going on everywhere? Sports? Travel? Recreation? Grocery Stores?
Seems to be two types of people who believe the media hype. Really low IQ types who believe anything and linear thinkers who put absolute trust in positions of authority and see a very narrow window of solutions.

Yes, lets reduce this down to reductionist arguments so we can all get those sweet internet wins

Something I’m curious about but are we potentially going to be dealing with this every winter/spring from here on out? I don’t see how world economies etc can handle this every year.

No, I don't. I'm not pretending to bring facts of millions in this country dying.

Is this a save my family's money joke? Because I already used that.

...yes?
So those 40 deaths tie directly into the projections that are causing the panic? Sounds like those 40 deaths are part of the panic.

And i think it’s because you are a smart person, and you are somewhat embarrassed your emotion of fear/sorrow is overriding your logic

I'll continue doing what I want and you continue trying to make bets on how many people will die.
Deal?

Maybe, but even if we do, it won't be nearly as bad in the future. Most of the overreaction is due to the little information we have on the virus.

My mission was accomplished getting the clown out of the thread. Not sure what you think you're doing, but carry on I guess.

I'm pointing out inaccurate statements. Is that not clear?

Also, people’s immune systems will be built better to fight against it on a second run.
