There's no cure for the virus, so testing is purely for informational purposes. Why would you only want to test serious hospitalized cases? That will only skew the numbers and make this look more serious than it is.

I hear ya... the wife and I have our 10th anniversary trip to San Fran/Napa in late June. Hopefully this will be calmed down by then, but I guess no one really knows
