Too little too late at this point. Should have done this a week ago, if it’s as bad as people claim, the damage is already done.
But doesn’t seem to be the doom and gloom people are clamoring for.

It is a novel Coronavirus. Novel means new. The fumes from the lysol may be getting to you haha.

FWIW that dude has been called out by his peers almost from day one.
He has been completely hysterical in his fear mongering, to the point that he has already been proven wrong even though it’s still so early in the process. But it’s okay because he is ready to explain why the new data is still the Worst Thing Ever. Tm
When his peers ( and no, I don’t count my self in that number) disagree and explain the science of why not, he refuses to engage except with essentially a “frick y’all, I teach at Harvard!”
(Also worth mentioning that molecular biology and epidemiology doesn’t really have much overlap)

posted the twitter of Sen Cotton. I have a lot of respect for how he conducts himself. He said that China isnt giving up proper numbers and it is worse than what they know.
Which is complete speculation and irresponsible, but it's to be expected of a senator these days.
If he knows they're lying, why doesn't he spill the beans and tell us what's really up? Methinks he's throwing shite at the wall that his constituents eat up.

Understandable. Think of how long a common cold can stay with you. Death is final and easy to determine, but being completely recovered can take weeks.

I was referencing the BNO numbers they claimed 260 recovered cases but the Times is reporting 243. I'm not sure which number is correct.

Zero Hedge did alot more than posting that graphic. They straight up blamed a Chinese scientist for creating it and posted his name a phone number.

Are we not supposed to do that?

Ahh, didn't catch the context, my bad.
BNO has 243 cases recovered on their site btw.

NP. So I've been wondering why there is such a large difference between suspected cases and others under observation? Suspected cases are around 15,000 but I saw one source saying over 100,000 close contacts are under observation?

Damn.
Given the riots, that could get an innocent killed.

Would imagine suspected cases have symptoms and under observation means they're spouses, children, etc thag are asymptomatic for now?

I'm not from Arkansas but I do have to agree with u with regards to Sen Cotton! I like him. And I think we all know china's not being truthful.

It concludes, “if anyone wants to find out what really caused the coronavirus pandemic that has infected thousands of people in China and around the globe, they should probably pay [the Chinese scientist] a visit.” It also lists their email address and a phone number

Gotcha, some of this stuff is just confusing to understand. Just trying to keep the flow of info going.
Its interesting to see this play out in basically real time a pandemic/biological agent is my biggest fear.
