I'm not but I have no idea what to do about it ... we're just normal folks.

If there's one thing that no one should be worried about for the next couple of years, it's the flu.

I expect there to be a tremendous push this fall for everyone to get the flu vaccine

That plus social distancing, hand washing, etc etc. My theory is the flu is going to go way down in the future and any other disease like that.

Even if we go back to "normal" I don't know if I ever care to shake someones hand. I am a lot more aware of touching my face and washing my hands. I bet a lot of others are that way now too.

I guess I should notify the federal judge I’m scheduled to argue in front of later today and tomorrow. She must have not gotten that memo.

Not being contrary .. but if I test positive for the flu why would they then do a covid test? The residents at our facility if having symptoms are being test for flu a/b and then swab is held for covid if those are negative.

Really not being contrary but I took it as if you get the flu then you can get covid.

He said "because everyone who contracts the flu is someone who likely ends up needing a COVID-19 test ...". If I know it's flu a or b why would I need covid is what I'm asking.

It's probably unlikely someone has both at the same time, but drs at two different facilities claimed they had seen it.

Funny you should mention that, I e-mailed a lawyer about this after I read where a court in Mississippi ruled that police ticketing people during Easter worship services was unconstitutional and a violation of religious liberty. I'm still waiting to hear back from him. The e-mail was sent last night.

If he says it's worth a shot I'll have to ask my military chain of command before I file in district court.

There have clearly been some unconstitutional things that some governments have done, especially in Kentucky and Michigan -- and those governments are going to get sued, but I don't think that translates to "all of this is unconstitutional."

I still continue to be amazed at the folks who think that everything will bounce back when government restrictions are lifted. In Sweden, the government didn't even force movie theaters to close, and their revenue is down over 90%. To get the economy going, we have to make it safe for people to go out.

The only people who believe it will “bounce back” are those who believe in a continued shutdown and keep stating that the US economy will rebound right after.

Everyone else believes and supports the FACT that some economic movement and income for businesses is far better than zero.
