2 - what about what I said was a lie?

If this is your mindset, how do you have any opinion at all on this situation? What have you actually seen?

There was nothing "Hazy" about her statements.

2 days after the incident there are screenshots of text messages for one of the boys apologizing for "how things went down." He said his memory was "kinda fuzzy," Her reply was that her memory was "super clouded too," and said they were all fricked up.

Lie or not, there is evidence of both parties saying things were "fuzzy" and "cloudy". I altered the word to hazy because theyre synonyms but the fact remains true.

Some key differences between this and Duke Lscrosse…

No evidence of any sex in the Duke Lacrosse case as the DNA did not match.

No evidence Duke Lacrosse players provided drugs like ketamine to the strippers.

No Duke lacrosse Snapchat group indicating “free p*ssy”. That leads to other questions…

Her texts is not all she said. She also spoke to multiple other people and gave multiple statements and YES, 100% without question it has been documented by the DA's office that she claims "I had become extremely uncomfortable with how this night was turning out"

There is no way any logical person with a functioning brain can interpret that as "zero problem with it".

You may not believe her but in no way does that quote mean she had zero problem with it.

Did I ever say or insinuate it was or that these boys raped her? Ever, once, anywhere?

Is there some kind of matching DNA in this case that I am unaware of?

At one point she had no problem with it. Texts and her statement back that up/.

Saw a post I can't find and may have been shared in this thread but it went something like:

"Women can never be held accountable for their actions. From murdering children to ketamine gangbangs. They are just helpless babies in the woods. Perpetual victims of the universe. The only crime they can truly commit is being attractive in a sports ad."

That was posted by a woman and is 100% correct. They dont ever have to be held accountable for their actions unless theyre attractive. Then all the other crazed women flock to social media in protest.

Same as yesterday....

I am "hammering" these guys for not protecting each other, their brothers, themselves and this girl. Even if it meant protecting her and each other from themselves.

Does it make them rapists, not necessarily. I don't know what happened in that room and if/when consent or dissent was ever given and I won't pretend to. My specific point of view is that these boys should have done better.

quote:

Even if you just look at the statement from 2024 you can tell these kids are assholes and that it never should have went as far as it did. It doesnt make it illegal but it does make them assholes.

You don't need to know legal specifics to know what occurred there went too far and should have been stopped and prevented from one or more of those young men.

Even if the Jane never dissented one or more of them should have protected her from herself and his brothers.

The thing is, you know that. You're just trying to be an know it all a-hole.

If you want to take it from the Bible, it says men present the role as protectors through principles of servant leadership, sacrifice, and caring for the vulnerable.

If you want to take it from the modern ethics of guardianship, he code of a protector s a set of unwritten principles focused on using strength, influence, and capability to safeguard others from harm from outside people and factors AND themselves.

A code of protection is foundational to almost every thriving society in human history whether it be chilvary (in europe), bushido in asia, native american warrior ethics and selfless service prevents and reduces internal chaos and predatory behavior.

They may not be criminals but they are weak, spineless assholes. As young men, they have a responsibility to themselves, their brothers and those incapable of protecting themselves from situations like this.

And you know it. Thats the worst part of you arguing against it. It's sad that you'll compromise your own character for a social media argument. Shouldn't[t be a suprise at this point though but I admit, I overestimated you.

They did. The Frat president disinvited her from the halloween party to protect her, because he knew she got out of control. That is why she freaked out, we know that for a fact.

quote:

I don't know what happened in that room

We do know what happened in that room. She and everyone else have given detailed statements as to what happened in that room. In fact, it was this:

quote:

By her own sworn statement in November 2024, Jane Doe never claimed that FratBoy5 and FratBoy6 did anything.

According to his attorney, Fratboy5 did not use drugs or even see Jane naked. He even submitted a hair follicle test that was negative for ketamine.

Walking into a room after a consensual threesome does not constitute gang rape.

FratBoy1 was involved in the first consensual threesome with FratBoy2.

Jane had gone to the frat house because she was interested in FratBoy1 and admits she was excited when he suggested a threesome.

Jane Doe rated her intoxication as a 5 or 6 at this point.

All three of them snorted ketamine.

This threesome stopped because Fratboy1 passed out and she wanted Fratboy2 to check on him.

FratBoy2 also began dry heaving.

Jane then opened the door for FratBoy4 since it was his room.

They began making out and then FratBoy2 joined in and it became the second consensual threesome.

At one point FratBoy1 woke up and asked if he could make it a foursome, but Jane said "hell no" and he did not get involved.

FratBoys 4,5,6 and 7 then entered. She claims she hid under the covers

Fratboy7 said something “very rude and mean,” apologized and then grabbed her face and started kissing her. She indicated that she pulled away.

Fratboy2 then offered her more ketamine and she snorted it off his penis.

Fratboy4 suggested snorting ketamine off her body and did so.

Fratboy3 then returned and told everyone to get out of his room.

Jane then went upstairs with FratBoy1 and FratBoy 4, did more ketamine, and then had a third threesome. She rated her intoxication as a 7 or 8.

The next day, she did not tell her roommates she was gang raped. Roommates later told investigators she recounted the night in a way that seemed shocked or even laughing.

Jane asked FratBoy1 to hang out again, but without the ketamine or other frat boys.

Rumors spread around the school, and Jane was eventually disinvited from the Halloween Party.

its really not even up for debate.

So I don't know what you are going on about

I assumed you would’ve known I was talking about the incidents of the evening and question not after the fact

Banning her from parties occurring after the night and question is not at all what I’m referencing. I don’t know how that wasn’t obvious but whatever.

Why is it their responsibility to protect her from willingly participating in sex?
