Did your radar go off at all? I know the V One is pretty good at picking up laser

Waze is pretty awesome. In my experience, radars are becoming obsolete on the highway due to the ammount of LEO's shooting laser.

They can sit in the car with the AC on and windows up shooting radar. Have to either get out or roll down windows for laser.

I really love when these guys go ~25 mph (or more) in reverse down the shoulder of the bridge in 5:00 rush hour traffic to get back to their "spot".
It's not safe at all and causes additional slow downs that could easily be avoided.
I have expressed my concerns to the State Trooper ranks and they don't seem to think that reversing down the shoulder in heavy traffic is unsafe for motorists.

Been 3-5 of them on elevated part of 310 every day this week, don't speed on the bridges.

I drive that stretch every day (10+ years)....state po po are on I-310 almost every morning and afternoon. It is a money grab for St. Charles Parish. That 10 mile stretch was designed to handle 85 mph (ever see it from the air?...beautiful, wide, sweeping curves) and it is 60 mph. I have seen many near accidents from cars quickly slowing down after seeing the troopers.
