I think people understand perfectly well. It's not like BLM is very subtle. The thing with identity politics is that it forces people to pick a side. I think maybe in the 60s you could argue we didn't understand each other, but I think today we understand each other but the problem is we have fundamental irreconcilable issues. We've been having the national "conversation" the media always talks about for 50 years, there's not much more that needs to be said.

Baton Rouge has that too. Shot Spotter. I shot a 12 gauge off of Perkins Road one time and they were there in minutes. I don’t know if it was the neighbors or the Shot Spotter, but they were within 100 yards of my front door in less than five. I hid inside and they never came knocking.
