Why do DJs like to pull DJ in front of their name? Other than doctors, does any other profession do this.

Coaches do it. And they wear shorts to work well into advanced age.

That may be the worst written article I have ever seen. Where did they find that writer? The Reveille?

That's pretty insulting to the Reveille

No restaurant can stay open when only serving a few apps and beer to folks listening to the DJ, "different demographic" means folks ordering food in my book.

Right, like management gives half a flying frick what servers or bartenders walk out with as long as their sales numbers are good. That is the sad reality of the restaurant life.

I tip obscenely well, 30%+ most of the time, actually... I just know whose bottom line drives business decisions. It's not the staff.

Despite my personal choice in tipping, i leave you with this...

Staff was probably mad about the lack of tips received.

At the Applebee's in Monroe, people say Thursdays are the best days.

No one in recorded history has ever said this.

Strategic corporate move, Applebee's wants to get back to it's core constituency customers.

Would you care for some crackers at this table?

Who knew night DJs turnt Applebee's into da klubz?

Thanks OP-

PS: Lulz on the the claim that he didn't play objectionable music.

news coverage of this will probably result in a spike of white customers honestly

This is weird enough to become the basis for a Twighlight Zone or X-Files kind of story.

Imagine an Applebee's where people not only enjoy going, they frequent it every week almost like a ritual. Its like there must be something mysterious causing this. Then reality sets in when you read, Monroe.

The Golden Corral next door should hire "DJ Matt". Probably the exact same crowd will be there.

They give plenty of flying fricks idiot. If the patrons don't tip, they are legally obligated to make up the difference up to minimum wage.
