Conspiracy theorist - Buddy Amorosa's death

How long until (or is this considered the first) the conspiracies come out about how Buddy Amorosa's death was intentional, set forth by the four councilmen that will not vote for replacement of his seat, allowing John Bel Edwards to replace with a liberal, helping the fight against the St George movement?
It is kind of a "Pelican Brief" type story.
