I have a hard time believing she spit out 3 kids and is homeless in her 20s, AND she's good looking.
She's trashy as frick. You don't want to be friends with her. Bail out.

She is one of the hardest working females I ever worked with - remember seeing her work 80+ hours/week for months on end. Everything in her life was going great until this medical condition came up - her life pretty much fell to pieces after that. Afterwards, she got hooked up with this guy. The girl's tough - just hit a brick wall in life - then lost a child and her father.
I wouldn't be wasting my time with some drug addict - if you've ever read any of my posts - i got zero interest in helping people on drugs.

I'd get into a serious relationship with her. That's just me though. I love saving hoes

I'd just explain to her no more visits without permission.
It's a liability to you
Tell her you'll always be there for advice and keep the relationship on business like.
Or
Just go ahead and tap it and ride the drama wave

Tell her you don't mind listening to her and giving advice if asked. But not to go out to your place without an invite and you present.
Also, let her know the neighbors do keep an eye on it for you and if they can't reach you, they will call the sheriff who will call it trespassing.
Beyond encouraging words to get her moving in the right direction, I'd not offer anything else.

thanks. that's pretty much what I was thinking too... figured it wouldn't hurt to get a few opinions before I talk to her

I'm sure it has been said before, but it cannot be said enough. Do not be alone with this gal, certainly not at your property. Meet her in a public place.

Boyfriend in jail. Straighten it out or when he gets out of jail, he's going to be on your property as well. That's pretty much all I took away from this post.

Try taking her to a counselor. It certainly not your job to look after her, but her having kids and all, if she were to take her own life, I think it'll weigh on your conscious more than you'd like. She sounds like a train wreck.

You are going to get screwed, and not in a good way. I agree with the rest of the OT who thinks your property is going to wind up being used by the BF to be a barricaded standoff set piece in some played out on TV drama where you went to talk her down and got held hostage before being shot.
Also, have you ever heard of the word enabler? She is going to get everything she can out of this relationship, whether it be money, companionship, a place to hang out, etc.
How about just cut things off completely before you get burned. You don't have to be mother Theresa

Make a move. You need a woman and she needs a place to stay.

There is a barrage of trouble around the bend. I'd do whatever it took to get away from this. It's a mess. Help her out but I'd be slowly moving away from this impending trainwreck.

There's probably a happy medium between ceasing all contact and being Mother Teresa

Yep.
Tell her trespassers can be shot. then put up signs to that effect.
Then if she or the trash bf comes by, shoot them.
Profit.
