Neither would I and while I probably have slowed my career progression some due to this, I would never look back on my life and say I should have worked more.

Depends if you are the provider for the family and willing to be absent for awhile.

Personally I'd say not worth it, let that job go. It is critical that you are present in your daughters life at this stage. She will constantly be looking for you.

Money comes and goes and you won't get rich on that job just a little more spending money. Enjoy the time with your family and those 3 day weekends.
