You tube some comic super heroes. Listen to the different commentators. They all have the same sounding know it all geeky attitude also. My son watches this, hearing it drives me.

Research you tube videos with these comic experts they most certainly have the same type of voice. They're grown men that sound that like young teenage geeky boys. I know I'm not the only person that notices this.

When I was in high school they these group of guys that were Dungeon and dragon geeks ( no offense) but that's who they reminded me of

I'm not even a big comic book nerd. I just think you're seeing and hearing things that aren't there because you're not comfortable in a fricking comic book store or around people who like comics. You seem to associate and lump all "nerds" into the stereotypical pimply faced, pocket protector wearing, bespectacled goober that was made famous in Revenge of the Nerds and you think that's a bad thing for your son to become because you're still stuck in high school.

S. Geeks not necessarily are intelligent . I call a geek a person that only knows about one special subject and doesn't know or care to know about anything else. It's their life. Hell my job makes me a certain type of geek because of the attention that it takes . No judging

You don't have to tell me to be glad to having a son . I know all good and well how precious a child's life is . Lost my first son because of prematurity so don't go there. It's a new culture to me . I've never associated with these type of guys. I was definitely out of my environment. I let my kids be themselves. Whatever they're into I support, hence why brought him to the store to begin with.
