#himtoo. Start the movement. Start the conversation. Men will not be falsely accused.

Why wait 30+ years to make this allegation? I dunno if it did or didn't happen and really don't care either way. That's between them & the law.

The problem with this little fad is it can ruin lives. Rape victims who insist on waiting decades to say anything are a big problem.

Yeah..."I was raped" is so stylish. Right up there with Louis Vuitton bags, yoga pants, and bisexuality.

Someone should shove you back up your mother's vagina so you develop a little longer.

Before this craze started, We already knew that women sometimes lie about being raped. Men have gone to prison Bc of lying bitches. Don’t be dense. Do you really believe this many women are being raped in modern America? It’s like the absurd stat that half of college women (or whatever the crazy number is) are sexually assaulted. It’s preposterous. Nanking in America.

And these aren’t all rape accusations, anyway. The standard is low to get in on the metoo bandwagon.

Varies according to offense and the state. but it’s always long.

No shite. So, the alternative is we immediately jump to "she is a lying whore" or that putting herself out there publicly is "trendy"? Rape victims feel powerless, the majority do not come forward for that reason. I'm sure she has been waiting for 30 years to boom Scott Baio about a sexual assault on Twitter.

You made that number up. 30 seconds of research puts that number at 23%.

The part that makes me completely discount this story is her 2012 interview in Yahoo where she wants to work with Scott again AND she is best friends with his wife.

Not sure if I should be impressed or horrified that you can recall a 2012 Yahoo interview with Nicole Eggert.

Well, destroying someone else’s life based on an impossible to prove accusation about an event that happened 30 years ago is the acceptable course of action though.

Let’s go with that one.

You do you.

Problem is that both scenarios and dozens of in-between are completely plausible.
He might have raped her and she felt unable to come forward. She could be lying and he's telling the total truth.
It could also be a little bit of both, neither it seems is provable at this point.
The problem is with the accusations is those words hurt and to real damage. If its a ONE TIME thing its less likely to be true.
But how do we know if its a one tie false accusation or a pattern of behavior?

I completely believe those that accuse Cosby and Weinstein. Too many similar stories shared by too many victims with some evidence /proof. May they and all sexual abusers rot in hell.
Along with those that make false accusations because those also ruin lives.

Those that targeted children or pre-teen /teenage adults ( Spacey,Michael Jacson, Nassar ) are FAR worse . Because we shouldn't expect kids to know what to make of it or how to report it

There is a lil diff between rape and willingly fricking people to better your career.

It's not always, he raped her. You are basically saying that's what happened. So why crucify a guy?

It goes both ways chief.

Well, if she were sexually assaulted at 14 I'd imagine it had detrimental impact on her life and he would deserve everything he got as a result. Are you arguing otherwise?

impossible to prove accusation

Doesn't mean it didn't occur. He said, she said doesn't imply the default is "she must be lying". False reports are not the norm. Do some research.

Irrelevant...if it happened, it happened. It doesn't have an expiration date.

Sounds good. I'll do that and you can keep up with your pathetic OT persona.

Man not my boy Scott Baio.
I actually met him one time doing security work and he was actually a very down to earth cool dude.
Now back in the 80’s Scott Baio did not need to rape women. They had women lined up for him.

Now Erik Estrada, that guy never treated me bad. He was a down right prick to my co worker who is Latino. When I call my old co worker in Bakersfield, CA; I get him stirred up when I mention his name.
