Closed my eyes, held my nose, and thought of better things.

One thing that helped me tolerate the stuff you drink, was between drinking, I put a clear pineapple life saver in my mouth to remove the aftertaste. It made the liquid much more tolerable. My gastro doctor told me that trick.

Had mine monday. I suggest opening couple of bottles of sprite and letting it sit overnight to let the carbonation out. Then shove it in your freezer to make it as cold as possible or slushy. Mix your prep about an hour before you take i and stick in in the freezer. I did a big glup of prep followed by a swig of flat ice cold sprite. I didn’t feel the urge to vomit it up.

People who make a big deal out of this are drama queens. Imagine having to prep and endure a real surgery.

I love that stuff. All that shite and toxins squirt out of my a-hole and it feels like post nut clarity. Then i get the endoscopy and colonoscopy like a chinese finger trap.

Mixed it with colorless Gatorade and it wasn't bad at all.

I used Cleanpiq. Two small bottles, downed them and chased with water.

It used to be 50, but now the push is for people to start at 45. Im pretty sure some doctors/anesthesiologists got together and decided they needed fancier cars and houses, thus the 45

Had a friend die from colon cancer at 47. Take your chances if you wish.

having to get up early to finish prep

When I lived in Texas, this is what I had to do. Half at night and half the next morning (something like that.) I had one done here in Hattiesburg last year and they had me completely finish the night before. I asked them why the difference and they said that many of their patients have to drive 2-3 hours and it’s too risky. I much preferred the Hattiesburg way.

Just had one. Mix with Gatorade. Still sucks to drink, but the alternative of getting cancer possibly isn't an option. It's only every 10 years, or like in my case, had some polyps (non-cancerous) and have to come back in 5 years.

We could talk about the various tortures a Urologist does, but that's another topic.

Have had 2. First one did the liquid. Bottle night before wasn’t bad. Bottle morning of @ 3:30 was terrible for some reason but got it down. Found polyps so on 3-year plan now. Did pills for the 2nd one and other than consuming a bunch of large pills and water in a short period of time it wasn’t bad. If do go the pill route ask Dr for a coupon for the pills. They were $60-70 with coupon and $200 without.
