18 wheeler and CATS bus locked up on Bluebonnet entrance ramp to I-10. A perfect collage of Baton Rouge’s “challenges”. But bad news for all the shysters, like all the other dozens of CATS buses running through St. George, there were no potential plaintiffs on board to solicit. Gordon will have to find another truck to mount.
