Coast Guard helicopters hovering over water in gulf shores

There are two coast guard helicopters hovering over the water close to the beach. This is west gulf shores. Anyone know what's up?

I'm not saying they aren't rescuing or looking for someone.
But I want to say it's routine training. The Navy rescue swimmers have quals they have to after a certain amount of time. Could be the same

My sources tell me the military has been working on a secret weapon. They are going to put lasers on dolphins to help fight terror. They are using the CG choppers so it doesn't look suspicious. True story.
