Was there a cardiac event?
I haven't seen the autopsy report

I don't understand why someone who hates fake news likes watching fake news channels. Drinking game? Gotcha Bingo?

Autopsies usually have a lot of facts

just a reminder... this is a PRELIMINARY autopsy report... the full report will be released later (I would figure after all tox reports come in)

That’s not how you titled your thread.

Floyd's body is headed to Dr. Baden. He'll write up what the County won't.

Guess I was wrong. You mentioned Gay Anderson or some such and assumed. Carry on with thinking he's cute. Do you.

Pretty much when your last words are "I can't breathe" , is pretty obvious to me

So if this is true, when he fell down, the cop should have checked on him instead of making it worse by putting his foot in his throat?
This is sort of unrelated, but Floyd was a standout TE in HS in Texas and played basketball in community college. I didn't realize he was as big as he was.. 6'6"

Ah, didn't know if they had already released cause. Being overweight with heart disease in America seems pretty damn common these days.

Regardless, when the cops realized and were informed that he was in distress / dying, they turned away an ems professional and failed to render or summon aid until he was dead.

Nick Valencia. Surname is Valencia.

If 4 cops can’t take down a 6’6 handcuffed person, then they should all be fired.

considering the deceased's previous actions (along with plenty of previous experience I'm sure)... when they went to the ground they very well may have believed he was just saying shite to try to delay the arrest/trip to jail as long as possible
it's plausible that this could've been a tragic mis-read of the circumstances due to the deceased's previous actions (the previous stiffening up and falling over prior to Chauvin's arrival on scene, the resisting at the cruiser)

Perhaps not, but you can't rule out the fact that any struggle due to his resisting arrest would have led to the same result - a cardiac event.

according to the probable cause report... body cam video apparently showed the deceased physically resisted getting into the cruiser... along with not making the walk to the cruiser very easy (which I believe is considered a charge called resisting without violence in some jurisdictions)

He was kneeling on Floyd’s neck for 8 minutes and 46 seconds. 2 minutes and 53 seconds of that he was unresponsive.

Are we sure he doesn't still have his knee on his neck?
Honestly, it took the paramedic tapping him to move and get off of him or he would still be kneeling on his neck. That cop wanted to prove that he was in charge the more people pleaded with him to let up, etc. He proved his point and now his life will be the biggest steaming pile of shite imaginable and he will likely be the ultimate prison bitch. I'll be surprised if he doesn't kill himself.
