Arm and Hammer saline spray worked wonders for me. I was addicted to Afrin because my sinuses always stayed screwed up. Switched to using the saline spray 2x day and the problem is gone. I started using the Navage unit back in the day, but the sprays work just as well.

I dealt with sinus issues for years. I’d get a sinus infection once a month.
Finally had sinus surgery a couple years ago and it’s the greatest thing I’ve ever done.
I tried everything I could before finally pulling the trigger on the surgery.
I wish I would’ve done it sooner.

Same here. Saline spray is a great alternative to the drugs. And, like someone else said, any brand works.

I've heard Afrin is addictive and can cause a rebound effect if you stop using it.
Just have to wean yourself off of it

Go to Thai Chili and get the panang curry or any curry and ask for Thai hot. The soups there are good too, Tom Yum.
Or Vindaloo from Swagat.

Go in the shower and flush your sinuses by cupping your hands with water and breath in and out. A Neti Pot will flush out your sinuses.

Neti pot, distilled water, salt solution for neti pots to mix into the water. Helps rinse out stubborn mucous. And even without a lot of mucous, sometimes your sinuses just get inflamed from allergens/dust/etc.. The neti pot helps rinse all of that out. Doesn't work 100% of the time as sometimes water can't even flow through, but it's the best relief I've found.
