Mohamed also received invitations to meet Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and go to NASA and MIT.
Twitter has offered him an internship. TV hosts Stephen Colbert and Ellen DenGeneres have called him.
But is the whole invention a sham?
In a YouTube video that received hundreds of thousands of views in just the first 24 hours, electrical expert Thomas Talbot dissects a photo of Mohamed’s clock.

Has any Muslim invented anything worthwhile since the religion went South in 600 AD?

This Thread needs to be banned to that wasteland called the poli board.
There is no evidence of a hoax other than some brainwashed white men claiming it is.

Still trying to double down trying to make the focus on the police and administrators trying their best to do their job, make sure people are safe, and make sure this little shite isn't really up to something?
Ridiculous.
Who cares if he got brought to the station for some questioning? Oh the horror. It was probably the prudent thing to do, but keep assuming you know more than the school administrators and police involved in the situation.

It's got a 9v battery hookup as well.
As for your other post, I think people support a zero tolerance policy when it comes to bringing fake bombs to school.

gotcha
If that is what you are reading, then you are a fool or just being purposely obtuse.
What you should be reading is that school administrators and police have to make real time judgment calls in situations like this but a lot people seem hell bent on refusing to give them the benefit of the doubt even though we clearly don't know even half the story.
These are the same people that will be calling for school administrator and police heads when someone does something at a school, claiming that people should have seen the signs, could have done something to prevent it.

On Sunday, the emeritus fellow of New College, Oxford said he was simply looking for the truth of the Texas schoolboy’s story.
In a tweet, the scientist linked to a YouTube video entitled Ahmed Mohammed [sic] Clock is a FRAUD, in which user Thomas Talbot alleges Mohamed’s clock “is in fact not an invention. The ‘clock’ is a commercial bedside alarm clock removed from its casing”.
In his tweet, Dawkins said: “If this is true, what was his motive? Whether or not he wanted the police to arrest him, they shouldn’t have done so.” His next tweet said of the video: “This man seems to know what he’s talking about.”

The same link the left was using last week has now turned against the "Hoax Clock in a pencil box" maker...
The boy lied, contrived, profited off the backs of his classmates and ran like a good Muslim.

I saw Bill Mahr said the teacher did the right thing, and if a kid in this day brings a briefcase with wires in it, then it should be investigated.

Why has the poli board spilled over to the OT?

My god some of you are easily pissed off.
Not pissed off. I think it's funny people on here and in the media probably got trolled by this kid. Were you one of them?
It does suck that people jumped all over the school and the police for trying to do their jobs. They have tough calls to make and there really isn't any reason to believe they didn't do the prudent thing in this situation.

right
and once it was clear that it was a clock they should have said there was no need for police involvement and suspended the kid for trolling the school

He told MSNBC he was not allowed to call his parents and was accused of carrying a hoax bomb. He said: “I felt like I was a criminal, I felt like I was a terrorist. I felt like all the names I was called.”
He added: “In middle school I was called a terrorist, called a bomb maker, just because of my race.”
so what better way to prove them wrong than by building something with a bunch of wires and a timer in a suitcase and bringing it to school?
