CLECO bill - higher this month than last month despite less energy used???

I used less energy in July than I did in June but my bill is higher in July. WTF?

This happen to anybody else?

Overall demand is up = higher KWH rate and other fuel adjustments.

Just wait until we add 30%-40% load to the grid when everyone has EVs.

Yes, same with me on Demco. Less kWh used than in June, but the fuel adjustment was higher due to the cost of Natural Gas. This fluctuates monthly.

It’s the same as filling up for $1.99 vs 4.99. Joes policies directly led to this. Thank your local dem neighbors.

Current mandate is 50% of EVs sold by 2030.

Tesla and other groups are adding commercial L2 and L3 chargers everywhere. It will only get worse.
