This finally got settled?
That chick wanted it bad. Not the hottest thing, but when you don't need to work for it I guess it would have been hard to say no. Probably would have been a bad idea.
Eta: I just saw some of the other pictures. Not bad. I had only seen the video before. I guess it makes sense that she looks better when it's not 4 am and she's hammered.

She got hammered at Galatoire's and got sexually aggressive w/ the cabbie. He recorded some of the incident on his cell phone, but ultimately refused her advances, probably because he already jizzed in his pants.
After the fact, I can't remember how long, they had a little he said/she said fight. Because she's an attorney and from a good family, the cabbie got arrested. In the end she got charged with some kind of shot and might have gotten disbarred.
It's kind of a fricked up story, but she doesn't seem like a bad person to the core. I'm guessing all the booze caused a bad reaction to prescription meds. GUESSING! Total speculation on my part.
