Columbus is not the best city in Ohio. I agree with the other two.
What's the best city in Ohio?

If we’re not going by a map but by culture then Detroit is among the most southern cities in the country. The post war auto and industrial boom Brought tens of thousands of black Southerners to the city.

The Northern Kentucky counties that border Cincinnati aren’t even Southern, so no Cincinnati is not Southern.
The Indiana counties that border Louisville are certainly southern.

If a city is in a state that is across the lake from Canada, it's not a "southern city".
I'm not sure how one would argue with this.

I live in Cincinnati but grew up in Atlanta. Cincinnati is not southern and no one thinks it is.
The thing that I have found most interesting is that suburbia is the same no matter where you go. There is essentially no difference from where I grew up and where my parents live now except the women are way hotter in Atlanta.

I have heard enough.
Is Cincinnati Southern? I do not know and do not care. I have never been there and have no plans to go.
Is Missouri Southern? That depends on what part you are in. The Bootheel and Little Dixie are certainly Southern but some other parts not too much. By the way the Bootheel is exclusively in Missouri. Geographically it is all of Pemiscot, most of Dunklin, and part of New Madrid Counties. Culturally and politically Mississippi, Scott, and Stoddard Counties are also included in the Bootheel. St. Louis and New Orleans were virtually identical before the German Socialists came flooding into town in 1848. Robert E. Lee lived in St. Louis for three years and JEB Stuart's grandfather was Speaker of the Missouri House as well as a distinguished St. Louis judge. As a boy Stonewall Jackson lived at Wolf Island, Missouri for several months. His relatives can still be found there and in Ste. Genevieve and Farmington, Missouri. His half-brother relocated to New Harmony, Indiana and died there.
Southern Illinois in general and Cairo, Illinois in particular used to be hardcore Southern in terms of racial attitudes. Not so much anymore since well over 90 percent of the whites have moved away from Cairo.
As for Ohio being across a lake from Canada and Delaware being "iffy" I have seen lots of Confederate flags in Delaware and even some flying in front of homes in Sandusky, Ohio. Most people reading this do not have the balls to fly one on the Parade Ground.
In summation geographic location does not have as much to do with the identity of a town or city as does the collective attitude of the majority of its residents. Keep in mind that when Gen. Sherman was "marching" through Georgia his personal bodyguard was comprised of troops from northern Alabama. And take a look at the following from Town Line, New York. It is a jurisdiction that decided to secede on its own.

Skyline is better for 3 Way. GoldStar is better for Cheese Coney.

I always get the 5 ways and cheese coneys but I like the 5 ways at Gold star way more than I do at skyline.
