Christmas Morning locked out of the PSN Network.

Frick me - spent $500+ dollars on a new PS4 Pro with Red Dead pre loaded, PS Network cards etc etc.
Torch Jr can't remember his password, or any of the security questions to re set it.
What year were you born, where were you born
Guess he just entered random shite when he set this up several years ago.

ETA: Also, that's a rookie move. You make sure that shite's on point and working weeks before Christmas to make sure that Christmas morning is "Unwrap, plug, and go". Here's another one. If you didn't preload RDR2, you're looking at HOURS to install even from disc. If it's a digital download, settle in, because it's going to take 7 hours.
The only thing for it now is to take the boy out fishing, rob some banks, and ride horses.

It takes like 5 min to reset your password, I’m confused on what the issue is here

This, he has all of his data/games/ fortnite status stored under his account, we were upgrading from a PS4 to a PS4 Pro.

I hacked it by entering numerous passwords similar to what he thought it was, the babysitter is up and running.

I typically use the same answer for every security question. "LSU" works well bc it's easy to type when. You have on screen key boards.
