Thankfully, everyone in my house has CoVID instead of the Flu. CoVID has lost its teeth, but this year's flu is the real deal.

I'm doing better but my head hurt and felt stuffy and had the aches for a few days. Finally getting over it. Best of luck to the rest of you kicking what has you down.

Both kids were down with the flu this week. Hit them pretty hard. Wife has been good and I've had a light touch of it. Just body aches and some chills. Slight cough and congestion. No fever.

There's an upper respiratory infection going around too. Some anti-biotics will knock it out pretty quickly if you get right on it.

I have something... doesn't feel nearly as bad as the flu though. Started with a cough two nights ago and I woke up full blown sinus/cough this morning

I haven't had flu since 2008. Then got:

-Covid, Flu, then Covid again in the matter of 6 months. Year 2022

Haven't been sick since. Those 7 months though was pure fricking hell. Couldn't understand why I kept getting sick every 3 months. It was miserable. I got the flu shot this year and last. I've never gotten the Covid vaccine. I fricking refuse to be sick again like that. Whenever I feel a tickle in my throat, I gargle with the strong as shite Listerine, take Zicam immediately, sit in the sun like an old man, drink electrolyte water and sleep. Works every time.

I’m 37 and have never had the flu, stomach virus, Covid or anything really. Never missed a day of school or work because of sickness. I had pneumonia when I was a week old, maybe that ramped up my immune system into the beast it is.

No flu, but my husband and I both have a cold with a bad cough. Had to back out of hosting Christmas this year. Now if we could just get a night's sleep.
