Isn't it convenient God always speaks to people in their head? You know, the same area where dumb ideas & plans are spawned.
It's never audible guidance that can be witnessed by more than one person and usually, that one person adamantly agrees with the advice. That's funny, it's almost as if the person is mistaking their own reasoning for divine guidance.
Now, of course, if she alone heard an audible voice, we'd call her schizophrenic. But since she heard it silently in her head, we know it was divine.
