Am I the only one here who thinks that the guy filming it is a little bitch for this? He clearly wanted cuomo to hit him so he could sue, and he was called out for it

We aren't. You're trying to say that not following through and escalating is the same as backing down. It isn't. You're literally the only one arguing this and multiple people have agreed with me.
