I still can’t believe it has been 13 years since the tragedy but this part 1 documentary was good. I didn’t realize how much Eddie Guerrero’s passing really messed him up.

My tribute to CHRIS BENOIT!!!!!

I know that wresling is fake
but lets just give it a take,
this guy was really small
but he stood above most all
if anyone had any grit
you were the one who had it.
we only know you from TV
but you did as much as you could be
from a father,husband,or just a man
you did the all that you can
you had blue eyes, and this is true
but there is no man you would not go through
you were the best I have ever seen
BECAUSE YOU ARE THE RABID WOLVERINE!!!!!!!!

RIP, CHRIS!!!!!!!!!

I think every tribute/positive topic about this pos should be anchored. The dude was a murderer and shouldn’t be memorialized.

I've seen this whole thing before but I don't remember what thread it was, I'm hoping it's some kind of humor

Benoit was one of the best to wrestle in the 1990's and 2000's, but you cannot separate who he is with what he did. I'd like to think of him as something other than a monster, but I cannot.

the poor people that didn't get to see PJ's "Ode to the Rabid Wolverine" unfold in real time.

one of the funnier threads in OT History.

Actually a decent show. It’s sad that those closest to him knew something was up but didn’t do anything about it.

The craziest part of the whole story was Eddie Guerrero’s wife saying she was sick of him ODing so the third time he didn’t she walked out of the house and took the kids to school with a if he lives he lives attitude.

Nobody should defend him for murdering his family. What he did was terrible and it was unforgivable. I knew he was good friends with Eddie Guerrero but I didn’t know how much that depressed him leading to an downward spiral. Out of all the wrestlers he was one that I never thought would do something like that.

A father that murdered his kid, a husband that murdered his wife, and just a piece of shite man. Not sure why anyone would write a tribute to grown arse person who drugs and kills their child.

Watched the entire thing. It hasn’t really gotten into the murders yet, only touching on them to end the episode. Overall impression is that his relationship with Eddie was extremely deep, deeper than I think most people realized. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if they were secretly lovers and I mean that with no disrespect... I’d still like to know what really happened that weekend because I don’t think you can just pass it off as suffering from CTE. I also don’t think it’s as simple as he was just broken by Eddies death because while his death was unexpected and heartbreaking, it wasn’t a horrible, violent death. Lots of people die of heart attacks at a young age, but you grieve and you move on with your life. Chris never moved on.
