I saw a stat the other day that said China has 1.5 million Uighurs in detention camps. The government published a defense white paper last week that identified "separatists" to include Hong Kong and Taiwan, as China's biggest security threat. It is interesting to note that China has been fragmented for much more if its history than it has been United. A lot of people, including some "experts," thought the Soviet Union was indestructible just before it suddenly imploded.

There would be no reaction because we would be living under an oligarchy with Islam the sole rule of faith and government. Women would be second class citizens, homosexuals would be thrown off buildings, and free speech would be non-existent.

Not at all what the media here describes when Trump says something that may hurt someone's feelings. Lots of people dont realize how much worse it could be and really is in other places.

Watched an incredible story on Vice regarding China's ethnic cleansing. Reporter went undercover to document their treatment
Essentially security personel created an uber police state in cities with ethnic minorities. Took their children away and placed them in "schools" teaching chinese culture as well as communism
Sends adults to re-education camps witholding food from them until they renounce their ethnicity
China is ethnically cleansing muslim minorities (Vice)

Not all 1 billion muslims are violent assholes. Even Afghanistan soldiers are fighting against the taliban
