China, Greece, or Panama?

All for around the same amount of time. China/Greece would be about $700 RT. Panama City $200 RT. Trying to party with a buddy before he ships off to Afghanistan again. Where would you go?

I stayed at the El Panama hotel in Panama City, it was ok but Panama is basically a shite hole 3rd world country. Go elsewhere.

If you want to party Panama is the clear winner. Plus you can do nature tours, ziplines, etc.
China probably isn't nearly as easy for English speakers but personally I'd find it much more interesting. It's a huge country though so I wouldn't go for just a few days, that would be like spending the weekend in New York and saying you've seen the US.
Greece is probably dirt cheap once you get there but I don't see the allure.

Cuba flights are expensive. Panama would be $200 RT for 9 days. Dirt cheap

We need to talk. With all due respect, your list sucks.
1. Medellin, Colombia - The USD is stronger than ever and the girls are hot and horny.
2. Cabo San Lucas, Mexico - The fishing is phenomenal and the sluts on vacation are begging for a Dick.
3. El Nido, Philippines - The most beautiful place I have ever been to in the world. Girls there will bang you simply for being white and American. Not to mention the 100s of horny Australian and European backpacker girls just waiting to deepthroat you.

I spent 3 weeks in Greece July 2009.
If you're there in the summer and partying is what you want to do, then that is clearly the top option of the 3 choices given and it's not close.
I'll refrain from opening the floor to more options unless you start asking for them.
