I would reconsider Brazil and Colombia. The USD is strong as shite right now. The Real ( brazilian currency) is like an an 18 year low. There is not a better time to go than now.
ETA: Peruvian girls overall are not very attractive though. The ones you meet here in the US are a sampling of the rich elite that can afford to travel. Not your average chick.
