That isn't your call to make. Pregnant women can drink occasionally without harm. Sure, she may be a habitual drinker, but again, that isn't your call to make. You should have served the drink with advise that she's impacting her helpless baby if she drinks more than 1-2 drinks a week.

It's not your place to decide that. Plus, today you never know if a woman is pregnant of just fat. How does one determine if a morbidly obese woman is pregnant? Are you going to serve her because you can't tell? How about those who aren't far enough along to show? Those are some of the most crucial developmental times. Do you ask any woman who wants a drink if she's pregnant? That would open the establishment up to a shite ton of lawsuits.
That being said, millions upon millions of women all over the world will have the occasional glass of wine while pregnant. Hell, in Europe they'll even *gasp* eat raw cheese.
A margarita seems a bit much if she's quite obviously pregnant.
