I'd put my kids up for adoption but it's too late to bother with now. My wife's body is shot and my parents would get pissed at me.

My kids are my world and they know it. I spoil the shite out of them and I'm sure I let them get away with too much but they aren't scarce to tell me when they have a problem.
My kids take turns hugging me and talking to me one on one everyday . They respond to their parents taking time to know them very positively.

I mean, everything else traditional and conventional is seen as awful. Having kids must be the next form of ultra-conservative intolerance of those that feel like they should live the next 75 years in pure, serotonic bliss because once their life is over, the universe might as well stop existing.

Because children ARE a blessing and give meaning and purpose to our lives as parents. There is nothing more pathetic and selfish than married couples who decide to not have children.

But for some reason - and it's usually pieces of shite citizens - there are those that think those that do have kids have done some kind of disservice to themselves and society.
Men get fat after they have kids. Moms can't figure out that they'd rather work than stay home. Women who have abortions feel good about it. Steven Pinker released a study saying that parents have little to no effect on how their children turn out.
There's seriously an issue with the Extreme Big Radical Left with destroying everything that's ever worked with mankind.
EDIT - I like to think that Reddit is an outpost for all that is Left, and /r/childfree is immensely popular along with the bullish attack on anyone who dares question the concept of abortion at any stage. It's sickening.

theres a reason why the most intelligent, most educated, and most successful people are the ones who are procreating the least. this is true in all first-world countries and has been for quite some time.
it's scary that the dumbest people I knew in high school are easily the ones with the most kids today.
I don't want a kid until I'm (at the youngest) 40 and my wife is approaching or in her very early 30's.

So who is more pathetic then? The welfare queen with 10 children by 7 different dads living off mine and your tax dollars.....or a married couple that realized they weren't meant to be parents....so they didn't have children?

This doesn't mean that educated and intelligent people don't want kids. It just means that they are planning so that their children can have the best life possible. If anything, these are the people that truly believe that children are a blessing.
