Different era and a different court. Can’t hurt to run it up the chain again while there is a sane majority. Would not the be the first time SC overturned something it had fricked up in the past. See Dread Scott a Roe v. Wade.
Or plessy vs Ferguson getting overturned by brown v board. Courts overturn their own precedent all the time. The media acts like a court decision can never change.

As much as I agree with the sentiment, this was already ruled unconstitutional by SCOTUS in Kennedy v. Louisiana.
Politicians love to pass these virtue signaling laws that end up being litigated and costing tax payers tons of money for no return on that money.
Yep, and April Weaver is the biggest virtue signaling count ever.
And while I'm fine with the pedos dying, frick her for wasting the state's time and money on this.

This is part of an obvious attempt to get the court to take another look, which they should. I'm no huge fan of the death penatly, but these folks in Bibb County deserve the death penalty as much as anyone I can think of.

Alabama needs to invade the UK right now and fix it.

Found the pedo
While it's obviously part of a broader attempt to get the ruling overturned, and despite his dismissal of that fact, it currently is unconstitutional. Stating that fact doesn't make someone a pedo.
Are there posters in here that ever act as if they have more than three brain cells?

I'd argue that's the murder of that child's soul. So, frick them diddlers.
