It’s pretty much a known thing in the service industry. No one, regardless of race, wants to work a large party of some minorities because they will keep you jumping all night then tip like shite, if at all.
And god forbid there is a forced gratuity for large parties that they don’t know about despite it being in 20 point font on the menu.

Not gonna lie, the few time i have taken an Uber or taxi, white drivers were tons nice and more talkative.

Truth. I also wonder how diverse the chief of diversity role is on average. I am betting not very diverse, which makes it even more of a crock of shite.

If they keep ignoring the parts of black culture in the US that are completely broken it won’t improve. If they keep letting them shun personal responsibility and blame everything on white people it will get worse for many. It’s not like there hasn’t been things like welfare (per capita & generational party of it), sect 8 housing, other housing, affirmative action, quotas, scholarships for blacks, less and/or double standards on expected behavior, even separate awards like black Miss America, and so on which have just cemented in too many blacks into problems and being different instead of helping.
In past the more affluent KKK used poor ignorant whites to help them by blaming blacks for their problems and that keeping blacks down would mean these poor whites weren’t at bottom.
It’s almost that liberals have adapted this playbook to use blacks and keep blaming whites while not really having to do much for the majority of blacks or pushing them to succeed on their own as long as they can keep blacks’ focus on blaming white people.

I think that’s why he was agreeing with a post that just said ask restaurant servers. To not include the parts of black culture in these meetings and questionnaires that are broken or laking including their own views & language towards other races, their own victimhood, and black on black violence which are well known by other blacks makes it clear they can use whites as a scapegoat even more.
Blacks put down actions of other blacks all the time, but god forbid someone white says the same thing or even says it in a nicer way.
