Yes, this is typical behavior of ghetto arse black women, but you know what the problem is? They are given the opportunity to act like this. They don't give a frick how it looks to other people.. And you don't know to what extreme these ignorant fricks will take things, so the manager should have been communicating. Taking the problem and moving it away from the other customers and more importantly, from the workers.
You can't ignore them and hope it goes away, because they are going to make sure "they are heard". The manager should have gone to them, asked them what was the problem.. If they start talking all loud and inappropriate... Tell them to go somewhere away from everything and then go to them to work it out.
If the ghetto bitches were there arguing over the issue with the lil dude who got his money back, as a manager you have to say "look, he came in. He didn't like the nuggets, which is cool.. He let us know and we refunded his money. If the problem is something to do with what one of the workers said to him, I will deal with that. That isn't acceptable, I can only do so much in terms of trying to help them deal with situation, they are HS students so let me handle it and I appreciate your concern".
Don't give them a reason to act up like they are capable of doing. Don't be scared of the mother frickers. frick them.

Apparently there was more to the story than reported. After returning the customers money, one of the employees handed the group free lemonades to appease their disappointment. One of the antagonist brazenly demanded some of dat strawberry syrup and was told they were out and that is when the rampage ensued.
