And frick the male officer. "Just shoot him" he says as he's winded from trying to restrain the dude. I mean, a tazer was never an option?
I only watched the video once but he repeatedly said to shoot him, he must have had a reason (maybe not). Looked like he tried to grab his weapon at one point also.

They should have been able to handle him.
Reckless shooting in that situation with bystanders around.
But, as far as perpetrator. I have zero issue with him getting shot.
He kept fighting.

Talked to my Pop who was a St.Louis City Police Officer, he said Female cop is fricked, she is going to be charged.
He told me decades ago, you cannot shoot a perp in the back, and especially if he's unarmed. At one time you could ding guys in the legs who were running, but lawsuits got crazy, and departments said NO.

Regardless of his color or race... he strongly resisted and by doing so created the setting for this to occur. The longer and he resisted, the higher the chances rose to get his arse shot.
Stupid, stupid, stupid, idiot got exactly what he deserved. Better trained police would be a plus.... knock him in the head with night stick would probably had took struggle out of him. I still can't blame the officer, she just wants to go home at the end of the day.

You don't shoot a person who is running, unarmed up a escalator in the back. And i'm Super Pro Cop. Probbaly more Pro cop than the Cop/s on here who post.
But what is wrong is wrong. She fricked

That was a big arse dude and had to be on some sort of drugs. He was pepper spryed, tazed and shot... and still was running up escalators.

What's the argument behind this? I'm guessing you run the risk of fatally hitting them when shooting them in the legs means deadly force wasn't needed.

This video sums up some of the talking points the liberal media has been asking for for several years.
Don’t want cops to use hard empty hand strike techniques to immobilize the suspect?
Check.
Don’t want cops to use any force that may appear rough or unjust?
Check.
Demand a diverse police force, although physically and tactically unqualified, reflective of the “community” they serve?
Check.
Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it. Looking forward to the spin on this one.
ETA: Shooting occurred 3 days ago. Liberal media is barely mentioning the problems observed in the video because it doesn’t fit the narrative they have desperately tried to sell for years.

4 minutes worth of why female cops are absolutely worthless and a waste of a paycheck.
Meter maids and dispatchers, nothing else.

Was that pepper spray she used on him? No Tazer? Any why didn't someone break his jaw when he was just standing there? Leg sweep, something.
I guess anyone can be a cop in Chicago.

lawsuits from people being seriously injured in their legs. Or shooting 2 high, and hitting them in the lower back, etc.
Cities were getting sued a lot from people being permanently injured from leg shots. It wasn't worth the lawsuits.

Why was he resisting? If he didn’t resist he wouldn’t have been shot. Case closed.

You are thinking of policing before SJW's ruled the earth. Actions can no longer have consequences.
