As long as anyone in the chain of command is soft on enforcing laws and protecting the citizens and give them a right to go about their business in an area, you'e right it's their fault.

Hospitals in Chicago have just gotten really damn good at treating gun shot wounds. I believe combat medics now train them

Being "hard" on non-sensical and illogical laws only makes things worse, not better. That's how you end up with for profit prisons and the highest incarceration rate in the world.

We were all locked in our fricking houses back in the spring...the "increase" in gun violence is just shite getting back to normal and thugs are out and about living the thuglyfe.
