Says the guy that says GM women are much better than Toyota women.

You're doing the exact same thing he is.

You sound like you miss a lot of heavy-handed humor.

It's an add on package. Like z71 is for the Colorado.

Don't let these fools tell you otherwise. The Colorado is just fine. I have the 2016 Z71 package and can't see myself driving anything else.

Damn strong compliment there. My '79 Luv and '87 Toyota are the two baddest 4wd's I've ever owned.

OP: I have a '17 Tacoma with the TRD Sport package and have zero complaints. I drove the Colorado, but with the resale on it compared to the Tacoma I just couldn't pull the trigger as I will probably trade it in within the next 3-4 years. In my opinion with the initial cost being around the same and with the ride quality being fairly equal I just felt like I would be pissing away anywhere from 5-7k when it comes time to trade-in.

Different. Tacoma SR5 is really most of a chassis issue. The SR5 tacomas are the ones that sit up high. The non-SR5 tacomas are the short ones that sit more like an old school nissan pickup.

TSS is a trim package. Typically have good looking wheels, painted fender flairs, and chrome grills.

There it is.

Flagship of the class Tacoma vs "just fine" Colorado.

The Tacoma is "the" midsize pickup. The GM trucks have a few years to go before they can try to steal that title.

If Toyota were a dude, this board would suck it off for hours.

I've never been impressed with the Tacoma's I've driven. Seem very cheap on the inside.

2017 Canyon Duramax ZR2 (colorado pictured but they are making a canyon too)

99% of this board don't know much about the 2nd generation Colorado because they are fairly new, and they will suck off the tacomas of old even though the 2016/2017s are garbage and overpriced. I suggest you go elsewhere for objective opinions.
