They were obviously watching her on video, not sure why they didn't just stop her before she left the store. Its not like she could run away.

Minimum wage workers aren't putting their lives in danger for shite that they don't even own. Unless they have security on premise, it's likely they are instructed not to do anything except call the cops.
Independently own stores are different. I have buyers open carrying in their stores
