She used some sort of mouth tape for this dive as an experiment to force herself to breathe nasally and keep her mouth closed. Apparently, she had an issue / became ill after swallowing river water from a previous dive(s).
Teeth are actually okay... you can see them in the OP's video for the first 5 seconds before she applies the tape. She actually has a somewhat charming smile, which improves her appearance a bit.
Seems a decent enough young lady who transitioned to extreme sports naturally from being a successful diver in college vs just some random person trying to film themselves doing something dangerous without any thought.
