Fs55-r; same model I have. Amazing how much better it was than the Troy Built 4 stroke junker that it replaced .

You're probably a better mechanic than I am. I tried a kit one time and didn't have any luck. So now I just change the carb.

I can weedeat better than a mower can cut.
Plus it let's me mulch the weedeater clippings with the mower instead of leaving them on top of the grass like some sort of savage.

I've cut with everything and Echo and Red Max are the only two I will ever buy.

Second, if you understand enough about your yard, with regard to what needs to be mown and what should be cut with an edger, you cut with an edger first. Then mow, and you can come back with an edger for anything that doesn't look good.
I want you to learn how to be classy. Don't automatically assume something is trashy, just because you don't understand it. That's insane.

Same here, except mine has the Easy2Start feature. It is indeed easy to start, requiring little effort. Same deal for the blower.
